“El Galantomo” is a Durello Brut,
golden yellow colur,
very nicety and very balanced with great fullness in the mouth and a long persistence.
To taste at temperature of 10-14°C
as aperitif or in combination with meats, poultry, seafood, especially shellfish, great with the eel.
